1. Agreement to Terms

We provide web development, WordPress development, e-commerce solutions, SEO optimization, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion or as outlined in the milestone schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or tools used remain our intellectual property.

6. Revisions & Changes

The number of revision rounds included will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the project scope may require a revised proposal and timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusis Mamun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
